Loyalty program
Company Turris invites its Guests to join the TURRIS-BONUS loyalty program.
· By completing the application form at the registration desk, you will become the owner of a savings card Standard, which provides a 5% discount at all hotels in Turris. Take advantage of the discount will be available the next time you arrive.
· Discount will reach 10% for 10 nights. And also we will be happy to offer an early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability of rooms).
· When copulating by the Guest for 30 nights, the discount on the card is 15%.
· Free early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability) for all Standard cardholders, giving a discount of 10% and 15%.
· The Platinum card (20% a discount) - is given at accumulation of 50 nights. The Platinum card is personalized and can not be given to third parties.
· Free early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability), room above the category (if possible) for all Platinum cardholders.
Please note that from May 4, 2017 in all hotels of Turris you can exchange an old discount card of a permanent guest on the TOURRIS-BONUS card of the same denomination. To do this, you only need to fill out a questionnaire at the front desk.
Conditions
· A participant of the Loyalty Program can become anyone who has filled out a form at the registration desk.
· The discount for accommodation are provided to the Guest from the next arrival.
· The TURRIS-BONUS Standart card is not named, bearer.
· The TOURRIS-BONUS loyalty program operates in all hotels and boarding houses in UK Turris.
· Discounts for accommodation and additional hotel services are provided, but bonus points do not accumulate).
· Discount on the map TURRIS-BONUS is given only with accommodation.
· Discounts on shares are not cumulative.
· You can use the discount on the card only when presenting a card or by calling its number.
· Discounts for accommodation are provided only in a statement on the official website, by phone or e-mail (without the participation of intermediaries - travel agencies, travel companies).
· To receive a discount for accommodation, the guest must pay for himself / herself at the hotel or boarding house (in cash or by credit card).
· Discounts and bonuses on the guest card loyalty program apply to both individual and group accommodation, but do not apply to banquets / buffets, rent of conference rooms.
· The guest can find the current number of accumulated nights in his / her personal account on the websites of the UK "Turris", in the reception and accommodation service or by e-mail indicating the full name and card number.
