Russian regional exposition was big and bright like always. It had motto “It’s time to rest in Russia”. Krasnodar krai, Altai krai, Mineralnye Vody, Rostov oblast, Saint Petersburg and other regions had its own expositions on the event.

The exhibition featured more than 1400 companies from 145 countries and regions of world and Russia. For 4 days 85000 people visited the exhibition.
HMG Turris presented 5 hotels which are under its control, 2 hotels in St. Petersburg, 2 suburban resort hotels and hotel in Finland.

For three days (11-13 of March) exhibition was in the highlight of participants of government order system. Effective communication platform at the federal level became a meeting place for officials, businessmen, bankers and experts at 11th time.

Forum was organized by active participating of All-Russian People’s Front within a framework of anticorruption project “For fare procurement” and was held under motto “People’s control is instrument of effective state procurement”.
Statistics of forum: 200 participants, 7000 sq meters of exhibition space, 4000 business program participants, 100 auditors from 80 regions of country, 300 reporters from federal and regional media.
For three days 8000 peoples visited the exhibition.

Guests was invited to visit Saint Petersburg for excursion or business purposes and to stay in hotels “Rossiya” and “Viborgskaia”, to have a rest on the coast of Finnish gulf at the resort hotels “Baltiets” and “Burevestnik” or to stay in Finnish hotel “Leikari”.

November 20-21 Moscow hosted the III all-Russian professional hospitality competition “Convenience and Comfort” in “Housekeeping”. Teams-participators of competition met in comfortable hotel Astrus in order to show their skills and ability in a fair competition.
November 20-21 Moscow hosted the III all-Russian professional hospitality competition “Convenience and Comfort” in “Housekeeping”. Teams-participators of competition met in comfortable hotel Astrus in order to show their skills and ability in a fair competition.
Maids, supervisors and housekeeping department managers took part in competition.
The competition was attended by the teams from ten hotels: six from Moscow and four from Saint-Petersburg and other Russian regions. The participants solved tasks in certain level for each category. Maids showed practical skills and knowledge in room cleaning. Supervisors solved theoretic problems, but in practice they met more responsible job – to decorate a room for honeymooners. Housekeeping department managers presented their hotel and talked about the training system.
All contestants completed a practical course “Abnormal situations in hotel”.
According to the results of competition housekeeping department head of hotel Rossiya Tatiana Kirilkova was second in nomination “For rational organization of housekeeping service”, supervisor of hotel Rossiya Ekaterina Gromova got title “The best supervisor” with a second place award and Audience Choice Award, and supervisor of Viborgskaia hotel Vera Vershinina got award for participating.
