The experience of resort hotels quests and organization of leisure and entertainment services, described in presentation, have aroused professional community’s interest and a lot of questions on this topic, which is extremely important for the hotel owners.

The goal of this contest, which will take place on April 21-22 in “Baltiets” Resort Hotel, is to improve the professional skills, to promote and enhance the prestige of professions of sanatorium-resort, wellness and hotel companies, as well as to improve the quality of service.
This year the contest will be held among buffet service waiters of sanatorium-resort, wellness and hotel companies of Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad region.

During the scheduled repair there were completely renewed a pool basin, waste water treatment system and input-exhaust ventilation, as well as outdoor patio has been equipped. Locker rooms, showers and sweat rooms were put to capital repairs. Phyto bar and solarium are set up for putting into service.
